Revolution NOW: a gala benefit for (C)AMAB trans storytellers
September 22, 2017 @ 7:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Join Heartspark Press and friends for a specatacular spectacular featuring music, performance, and storytelling—and it’s all to support the launch of our first anthology, RESILIENCE. We’ll be sharing stories of the heart and beyond with special guests across the gender binary and the best (C)AMAB trans writers in the Pacific Northwest.
SOME OF OUR SPECIAL GUESTS AND WRITERS:
Saplings (Lisa Gasner & Nomy Lamm)
More details and performers coming soon! It’s going one heck of a night and we want you to be there!
This venue is in art gallery. There are two wheelchair ramps that provide easy access into the venue, and ADA accessible bathrooms. it’s easily reachable via the 94 bus line (the Adams St. stop).
This is a safer space specifically centering on AMAB trans folx (trans women, trans feminine people, non-binary, agender, intersex, and anyone identifies as trans and was (coercisvely) assigned male at birth). Everybody is welcome, especially at this gala—we just want to remind our allies to be aware your privilege when attending this event.
